Began with a quiet question
Why did finding a fine home in India feel so much like rummaging through a marketplace? Loud listings, unverified titles, agents pulling in five directions at once. Surely the most personal purchase of one's life deserved a different room.
We built Maven Estates as a private house — fewer listings, more conviction. Each residence we represent is walked first by our directors, photographed under our own light, and presented only to clients we believe will love it.
Today we serve a measured roster of families, founders and investors across Delhi NCR. Most of our work arrives by introduction. We are quite content for it to remain that way.
